A Welcoming Pet Policy

Dawson is a pet-friendly apartment community in North Orlando, welcoming a variety of cat and dog breeds up to 80 pounds. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. Some pet fees and a monthly rent apply. We are just nine minutes away from an animal hospital and you can reach PetSmart in 10 minutes. Add in a pet spa and plenty of walking areas, and your four-legged friends will have everything they need.
